Return Policy

If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment,
please do not open the items. Contact us right away so we can ship the proper items to you and
give you instructions for returning damaged product or product received in error.

RUBERT ORGANICS cannot accept any opened items for return. Returns are not accepted if it has been
more than 15 days since the customer received the order.

RUBERT ORGANICS will only accept unopened items for return. Once an item has been opened, it cannot
be returned. If a product is returned to us and is opened, credit cannot be issued. This includes boxes with
“nutrition bars” or “packets” in them. Shipping charges are not refundable.

RUBERT ORGANICS will not accept responsibility for items susceptible to melting, including, but not
limited to, products containing a chocolate coating. RUBERT ORGANICS will not accept these
items for return or exchange.

Items shipped with ice packs may arrive at room temperature. Ice packs are intended to protect against extreme
peratures only. We recommend that you select expedited shipping for these items.

Shipping Policy

All Rubert Organics Orders ship Monday through Friday. Our Shipping department closes
weekdays at 5:00 pm EST and is closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Expedited orders will
ship via Federal Express Home Delivery or USPS Priority mail.

You can track your packages through the confirmation email that is sent to you after the order is shipped.
All packages shipped have delivery confirmation numbers. There are some tracking capabilities but the
primary purposes for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you receive your
package.

Select items may be advertised as “Free Shipping”. This applies to standard shipping only with
no minimum purchase requirement. Normal shipping charges apply if you choose to select
expedited shipping for these items. Normal shipping charges will apply to items that are not
advertised as “Free Shipping” whether they are ordered alone or along with items advertised as
“Free Shipping”.

All orders will be shipped within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours up to 72 hours after
the order is placed. Rubert Organics will make every attempt to ship complete orders. In the
event we do not have all of the items ordered in stock and we cannot obtain the missing items in
a timely manner, we will ship the items we have and indicate that a portion of your order was out
of stock.

We will try to place the out of stock items for you and get it shipped to you as soon as
possible or we might ask that you please re-order the out of stock items at a later date as many
times our inability to ship certain products is due to manufacturer shortages.

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. We
reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site
we will notify the cardholder’s bank and contact the cardholder immediately.
